雌阿寒岳：雌阿寒岳活火山帯の風向き変化に警戒。ザレ場は慎重に

今日の雌阿寒岳は、午前9時頃まで弱い霧雨が予想されるが、その後は晴れ間が広がる見込みだ。山頂の体感気温は日中の突風時で7℃台まで下がる可能性があるため、適切な防寒対策が必須となる。午前中の霧雨により、オンネトーコースなどの一般的なルートでは地面がウェットな状態となる。特にザレ場では滑落のリスクが高まるため、慎重な足運びを心がけること。アイゼンやチェーンスパイクは不要だが、雨具は上下セパレートで必ず携行すること。午後にかけて風向きは南西に変わる予報だ。火口湖（赤沼・青沼）や噴気孔群周辺では、風向きの変化によって硫黄ガスの影響を受ける可能性がある。ガスの臭いを感じたら、風上へ速やかに移動する準備をしておくこと。マスクや濡れタオルで口元を覆うなどの対策も有効だ。行動中は速乾性のベースレイヤーにフリースなどのミッドレイヤー、防風防水シェルを着用する。休憩時や風の強い場所では、さらに薄手のダウンやフリースを重ね着し、低体温症を防ぐこと。夕方以降は気温がさらに下がるため、日帰り登山であっても防寒着は十分なものを用意するべきだ。
