Currently, Zao Renpo summit is mostly clear with a temperature of 17.4 degrees Celsius. The wind speed is gentle at 1.6 meters per second, making the perceived temperature around 17 degrees Celsius. There is a 6.5-degree Celsius difference from the base. For active climbing, a quick-drying base layer and a thin fleece should suffice, but for breaks, a lightweight wind shell is recommended.

The ground condition throughout the day is dry with exposed rocky terrain due to no precipitation. Standard summer hiking boots are suitable for walking. Around the crater lake Okama and along the ridge from Karita-dake to Kumanoma-dake, winds will remain light and visibility will be excellent at over 20 kilometers, offering clear views throughout the day.

The risk of lightning is almost zero during the day. The summit wind speed, with gusts up to 4.5 meters per second, is also mild, indicating a low risk of strong winds. Temperatures will remain around 17 degrees Celsius, so there is no concern for hypothermia during the day. Today's climbing conditions are suitable. However, there is a slight chance of light drizzle (0.1mm) around 6 PM, but it is expected to clear up again overnight. Carrying separate rain gear is advisable as a precaution.
