Current summit conditions at Sapporo Teine are clear skies, 14.8 degrees Celsius, and nearly calm winds this morning. The temperature difference from the base is approximately 2.8 degrees Celsius. Visibility is excellent, promising superb views of Sapporo and Ishikari Bay throughout the morning. Temperatures are expected to rise, reaching around 19.6 degrees Celsius near the summit by noon. Winds will remain gentle, with gusts up to 7.3 m/s, so there is no concern for upper lift closures due to strong winds. Ground conditions are currently dry, but attention is needed for afternoon weather changes.

Around 3 PM, light drizzle is forecast, with minimal precipitation of 0.2 mm. However, this could make certain sections, particularly on Highland's steep slopes, slippery. Exercise caution with your footing. Be sure to carry a lightweight waterproof shell in preparation for the afternoon drizzle.
