The current summit temperature is 8.3℃, but with a wind speed of 3.42m/s and gusts up to 19.5m/s, the perceived temperature is 6℃. Forecasts indicate temperatures will remain around 7℃ throughout the day, with gusts exceeding 22m/s by night. In such conditions, even in summer, getting wet can rapidly lead to hypothermia. Ensure your base layer is quick-drying, your mid-layer is fleece or thin down, and your outer layer is fully waterproof and breathable rainwear. Carry spare warm clothing, waterproof gloves, and a knit hat.

The ground is wet and muddy due to heavy rain. Major routes like the Sabo Shindo Trail are expected to be very slippery and muddy. Visibility is less than 1km, and moving on exposed ridges such as Gozenmine Peak or Onanjimine Peak carries a significant risk of whiteout. Although automated risk assessment did not detect prominent alert values, the combination of severe weather conditions makes the situation on the ground extremely dangerous. Careful judgment is required for any activity.

Light rain will continue from evening to night, with temperatures remaining stable. No recovery in visibility is expected. While the forecast indicates partly cloudy skies by 3 AM tomorrow, severe weather will persist until then.
