Main routes like the Sabo Shindo are currently dry, but rising daytime temperatures may lead to damp sections and localized muddy areas. Pay attention to your footing around the Oike Meguri and Hakusan Kozakura flower clusters.

The morning promises pleasant hiking, but conditions will shift to partly cloudy around noon, with a 61% chance of precipitation by 3 PM. The summit's feels-like temperature is projected to drop to approximately 5.6°C by noon and further to about 3.3°C by 3 PM. With gusts up to 7.6 m/s expected around this time, there is an increased risk of hypothermia, particularly on exposed ridges such as Gozenmine and Onanjimine.

Carrying a waterproof and breathable outer shell, multiple layers of warm clothing like fleece and a light down jacket, gloves, and a hat is essential. While there is no remaining snow, be sure to carry full rain gear (two-piece set) in case of rain. The elevated chance of precipitation in the afternoon also suggests a possibility of thunderstorms, so it is advisable to cut short any ridge activities early and descend promptly at the first sign of deteriorating weather.
