As of 7 AM, the Kiroro summit is partly cloudy with a temperature of 12.5°C, feeling similar at 12.3°C. Winds are very light at 0.66 m/s. The base area is warmer at 16°C, a 3.5°C difference from the summit. Throughout the daytime, partly cloudy skies are expected, with temperatures rising to around 16.7°C by 3 PM. Winds will remain light, posing no strong wind risk even on the exposed summit ridge.

Current snow depth is 0cm. Considering the daytime temperatures and humidity, the ground across the Asarigake northeast slope is generally wet. Particularly in the forest tree run areas, decaying leaves and soil will be moist and potentially slippery, requiring careful footing. While crampons or microspikes are not necessary, waterproof trekking shoes are recommended.

A rapid temperature drop is forecast. From 3 PM, light drizzle is expected, and temperatures will fall to as low as 8.9°C overnight. To prepare for sudden changes during your activity, carry an extra layer of insulation, such as a thin fleece or light down jacket, along with waterproof and breathable rain gear. A drop in temperature while wet significantly increases the risk of hypothermia, so an early return or ending of activities is advised.
