Ground conditions are primarily dry due to zero recent precipitation and no snow cover. However, high humidity this morning suggests the possibility of dampness from dew or fog, especially around the Unkai Terrace area. Sturdy trekking shoes with good grip are recommended to prevent slips and falls.

Appropriate layering is essential for activities at the summit. A moisture-wicking base layer, a fleece or light down jacket as a mid-layer, and a windproof and waterproof shell jacket as an outer layer are advised.
