Current conditions at the summit of Mt. Kisokoma are rainy with visibility under 1km. Light rain and drizzle will persist throughout the day, making all trails wet and muddy. The current feels-like temperature is 4.3℃, and with rain and 97% humidity, there is a very high risk of hypothermia if one gets wet, as body heat will be rapidly lost.

Particular caution is advised on Hatchozaka, which will be slippery due to the wet conditions, increasing the risk of falls. Due to the continued poor visibility, traversing to Mt. Hoken or Mt. Kisomaedake should be avoided; restrict activities to the Senjojiki Cirque area. A moisture-wicking base layer, a fleece mid-layer, and a fully waterproof and breathable rain suit (jacket and pants) are essential. Waterproof gloves and a warm hat should also be carried.

The rain is expected to gradually weaken in the afternoon and cease by evening. Visibility will improve by midnight, but temperatures will drop to around 4℃ overnight. If continuing activities, additional insulation is necessary. While average wind speeds are light, gusts can exceed 9m/s, further lowering the feels-like temperature on exposed ridges.
