The temperature difference from the base is over 7 degrees, indicating a significant drop as you ascend.

Light rain is expected to continue throughout the day, with a 100% chance of precipitation by noon. Around 3 PM, it may briefly turn into light showers. Although the temperature might temporarily rise to 7.8 degrees Celsius, gusts from the northwest could reach up to 8 meters per second, potentially lowering the felt temperature below freezing. Under these conditions, the risk of hypothermia due to getting wet is extremely high.

The ground is wet from the drizzle, and rocky sections along the Bogakudai Course and near the Shin Funka-ko (new crater) will be slippery. Muddy areas are also likely.
