The ground will be muddy due to continuous precipitation. Specifically, on the gentler slopes, such as the northeast face of Mt. Asari, expect numerous muddy sections where wet tree roots and obstacles, similar to those found in tree runs, can cause slips. Careful footing is essential in these slippery areas.

Gusts could exceed 15 meters per second on exposed ridges during the day. Exercise caution on the summit ridge due to these strong winds, which can easily cause loss of balance. As the day progresses into evening, temperatures will drop to around 3 degrees Celsius. The combination of rain and wind will significantly lower the perceived temperature, increasing the risk of hypothermia. Full waterproof and breathable rain gear, a mid-layer such as fleece, gloves, and a hat are essential. It is highly recommended to conclude your activities early to mitigate the risk of hypothermia.
