Given the current snow depth and temperature, residual snow is present throughout the routes. Frozen sections are anticipated, especially around the massive rock formations of the Rock Garden and the alpine wetlands of Kita-numa and Minami-numa. Chain spikes or light crampons are essential gear. Proceed with extreme caution to prevent slips and falls.

Tomuraushi often experiences weather conditions comparable to 3000m peaks in Honshu, and the current felt temperature poses a high risk of hypothermia.
