The ground is already damp due to high humidity, and the afternoon rain will make rock surfaces significantly wetter. Exposed rocky sections will be slippery.

Particular caution is advised on the Kusari-ba, including Ichi-no-Kusari, Ni-no-Kusari, and San-no-Kusari, where the wet conditions increase the risk of slips and falls.
