The Naeba summit currently experiences light cloud, with a temperature of 10.9 degrees Celsius and a felt temperature of 9.4 degrees Celsius. There is an approximate 8-degree Celsius difference from the base. The morning is forecasted to be mostly clear, but light drizzle is expected to begin around 3 PM, turning into steady drizzle by evening. Winds will remain gentle throughout the day, with gusts staying around 5-6 m/s.

Ground conditions are tending towards wet. With afternoon drizzle, the wooden boardwalks across the expansive summit marshland will become slippery. Visibility is also expected to deteriorate, increasing the risk of getting lost in dense fog. Extreme caution is required to avoid stepping off the boardwalks into the marsh ponds or deviating from the marked routes. Proceed cautiously and constantly verify your position with a GPS or map.

The felt temperature will hover around 10 degrees Celsius during the day. Essential layering includes a moisture-wicking base layer, a thin fleece for a mid-layer, and waterproof-breathable rain gear (jacket and pants) as an outer layer. Although the risk of lightning is low, carrying rain gear is crucial for the afternoon drizzle. Risks of strong winds and hypothermia are low, but prolonged stops while wet should be avoided.

Daytime activities are feasible, but completing your ascent and descent earlier is advisable due to the anticipated afternoon weather deterioration. Temperatures will drop into single digits and drizzle will persist into the evening.
