The temperature difference from the base is 3.9℃. Light drizzle will persist during the day, with temperatures gradually rising to 9.6℃. However, precipitation will increase around 3 PM, and temperatures will begin to drop in the evening.

There is no snow cover; the ground will be entirely wet to muddy due to the persistent drizzle and rain.
